Online primarily — I've supported Desktop Pro and Premier clients for years too.
Can you train my employee instead of me?
Yes — bookkeeper-to-staff training is common, and it's usually the best money a growing business spends.
I think my file is beyond saving.
It almost never is. The books review ($275–$800) tells you exactly what shape it's in — and the fee credits toward the fix.
Do you do this remotely?
Yes — screen-share sessions work as well as in-person, and most clients end up preferring them.
