Where it genuinely helps. Most reliable automation is simpler than that — and cheaper. I use the right tool, not the fashionable one.
What if it breaks?
Systems are documented and built to fail loudly, not silently. Maintenance arrangements available if you want one.
Do I need to be a bookkeeping client?
No — automation is a standalone service. Though the combination is where the magic is.
What's a real example?
